In with the Good, Out with the Bad

In with the Good, Out with the Bad

With the new year starting many of us have been exploring new healthy lifestyles and you might be thinking of trying an elimination diet as part of your resolutions. Although not for everyone, a healthy lifestyle can be built on eliminating certain foods. Some people see great results when they go on a no gluten, no diary, no processed sugar meal plan.

Allergens

By avoiding the common allergens of dairy and gluten, many people find that they have been fighting sensitivities to these foods for years and feel healthier when they remove them from what they eat. Sometimes, gluten and dairy can cause an inflammatory response in your body. This can lead to skin breakouts and upset digestion. Removing the common culprits like gluten and dairy may lead to less acne or eczema and improve digestive issues like bloating or cramping.

Of course, avoiding processed sugars is always the healthy choice, so rounding out the trifecta with that will boost your meal plan into overdrive and really help bring those resolutions home. Processed sugars are just empty calories that don’t offer any nutritional benefit. Once in a while they are fine for a treat, but to maintain your best self, remove them from your daily meal plan.

Sometimes elimination plans can seem boring and it can be easy to get in a rut. If we had to eat grilled chicken breasts and canned green beans for every meal, we would all revolt. That’s where Evolve comes in. We have dozens of amazing breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks that provide deliciousness and variety while still eliminating the ingredients you want to avoid.

If you think avoiding common allergens like dairy and gluten is right for you, try our
Evolve 30 meal plan. It takes the guess work out, making it easy for you to eat better. You can still have Mexican with our Taco Bake, Chinese with our Beef with Broccoli or Chicken Fried Cauli Rice or Italian with our Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce. With so much variety, you won’t even feel like you are on an elimination diet.

The great part about using the Evolve plan is that you can stay on it for 30 days and see if you notice a difference avoiding gluten and diary. See huge results and feel better? Great, you can stay on it for another 30 days or more. Seeing results but feel about the same? Maybe you can start adding back in some grains or some dairy and see how it works. You can easily switch from Evolve 30 to Keto to Paleo and back depending on your unique dietary needs.

Some people are very good at being able to eat certain foods, like processed sugars, in limited amounts, rarely. Sometimes, it is easier to just put a red light on a few ingredients for awhile to make sure you stop every time you see one. If you are the latter person, then Evolve 30 is for you. Take a break from gluten, dairy and processed sugar and see if it makes a difference for your health. If it does, you’ve taken a big step toward a new healthy lifestyle. And if it doesn’t you haven’t lost any time trying, just being to slowly add in back in some dairy and whole grains through another plan. Your meal plan should match you and that’s what our menus can offer.
