How long do meals last?

Evolve meals are fresh, never frozen and contain no preservatives. Unlike your mother-in-law, they won’t last forever. You should eat your meals soon within the first week of getting them. There will be a freeze by date listed on the packaging. 

What does K, DF, P, C, F stand for?

Kentucky Derby Festival Portable Composting Facility. Whew...what an acronym. 

We jest, these are diet indicators. K=calories, DF=dietary fiber, P=Protein, C=Carbs, F=Fat

What makes a meal Paleo?

Wheat-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free without harmful grains, processing or additives.  

How do I heat-up meals?

Very carefully take two meals and very quickly rub them together for about 45 minutes. Or use the microwave on half power for a few minutes.

What if I’m not happy with my meals?

We will create a discount code so that you can try other meals or purchase one of your favorites the next time you order.

Are your meals fresh or frozen?

Always Fresh, never frozen!

How often do you change the meals on your menu?

We change our menu every month. 

What delivery carrier do you use?

 Generally, we use FEDEX.    

When will my food arrive?

We will ship it on Monday, so if you live close to Kansas City, a day or two. If you live farther away, it could be Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. You can send a chat to our customer service team and they can provide you with an updated answer.

Can I recycle my shipping material?

 Please do if your local facility allows it. 

Do I have to create an account?

We do ask that you create an account so if there are any incidents with you order we can give you the highest quality customer service. Besides, you get to be in the know of all the amazing new products and specials we have going on.

How do cancel my subscription?

We understand things come up, so we make it easy to skip weeks in your subscription up to three weeks in advance! Once you’re signed in, simply head over to your deliveries and scroll down to the order(s) you want to skip, and click the “Skip Week” button. 

If you decide you’d like to cancel your subscription, once you’re signed in, head over to your.  Deliveries scroll down to “Change Details” and click on “Change” under “Subscription Settings.” 

You’ll see a "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom of the page. When you click on it, we’ll ask you a couple questions about why you’re canceling and then you’ll be all set.If there’s any way we can help before you cancel, contact us. Either way, it’s easy to come back and reactivate your account whenever you’re ready. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel your subscription after being charged for the week then you will need to reach out to our customer service CS@EATTOEVOLVE.US to have that order cancelled and refunded. If not, you will still be shipped those meals. You must cancel or request to cancel your subscription prior to our Friday 10AM CST deadline for a refund.
